Zahid Ashraf pays glowing tribute to former Chairman People’s League

Vice- Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Young Men’s league, Zahid Ashraf has paid glowing tributes to the martyred former Chairman People’s League and a very prominent Hurriyet leader , S Hameed on his 23rd death anniversary. Calling him a great dauntless pro-Pakistan son of the soil and freedom leader, Zahid Ashraf in a statement issued today highly praised his services and remarkable contributions to the nation’s epic struggle of freedom. He said that S Hameed was truly a revolutionary man who always put freedom of his motherland before everything, fought with an extraordinary enthusiasm and resolve for his nation’s long cherished dream , faced every conceivable hardship n continued persecution at the hands of the occupying regime , but never  gave in or showed any faintest signs of weakness or fluctuation in his commitment and passion till his martyrdom. Zahid Ashraf said that he was truly one of the most wanted and hated resistance leaders for he refused to give up armed struggle and was the strongest voice of Srinagar, the nerve center of our liberation movement. Zahid Ashraf said that his services n sacrifices would never be forgotten or compromised on by the valiant nation and  shall continue to serve as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the youth of Kashmir.
