People’s Freedom League. pays tribute to Shaheed Afzal Guru

 A spokesman of  the Jammu and Kashmir People’s Freedom League today paid tribute to the great sacrifice of Muhammad Afzal guru  who was implicated in a fake Parliament-attack case of 2001of the Indian Parliament and later after about 13 years of a conspiracy hanged without giving him any chance to defend himself. The circumstances before and after substantiated the doubts of the Kashmiris and his (afzal Guru’s) family, that the Parliament attack and charges against him were manipulated from beginning to end and the Supreme Court also proved the highest courts prejudice and partiality  in this case. Today , on the martyrdom anniversary of  Afzal Guru we pay tribute to his martyrdom, condemn fake case and trial and Supreme Court of India ‘s partiality and urge on the UN to compel India to return Afzal Guru’s remains to his family so that the remains could be buried in his native graveyards in Sopore. The spokesman said the struggle for freedom will continue despite India’s brutal laws and actions against the freedom fighters.
