Pasban-e-Hurriyat condemns Indians influx into Kashmir amidst Covid 19
Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmad Ghazali condemned the continuous influx of Indian citizens and laborers into Kashmir and stated it as a planned conspiracy to spread the Corona epidemic in the disputed state.
In a statement issued here on Monday, Uzair Ahmad Ghazali said that during the devastation of the Corona epidemic in India, the affluence of laborers and other citizens from India to Kashmir has led to a steady increase in the spread and deaths in the disputed state.
“According to media reports, Indian authorities are deliberately bringing people affected by the Corona epidemic into the Kashmir Valley” he cautioned.
“This shows Indians hatred, enmity and hostility towards the Kashmiri people”, Ghazali maintained.
He said that cities all over the world were being closed due to Corona epidemic, adding that the movement of people was being restricted but on the other hand India is trying to spread the epidemic in the state by sending Corona positive people to Kashmir.
Uzair appealed the Kashmiri people to distant themselves from the newly arrived Indian citizens and take precautionary measures against them.
Moreover, he said that the plight of Kashmiri citizens illegally imprisoned in Indian jails is very painful and they have been forced to live a miserable life by the Indian government.
“People across the state should raise their voice for the release of these Kashmiri prisoners”, he added.
He said that Narendra Modi and his regime are engaged in the massacres of the people in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Kashmiri people will not forget these heinous crimes of the Indian rulers.
He reiterated that Kashmiri people will continue their struggle for independence from India in anycase.
Pasban-e-Hurriyat also demanded the immediate release of Kashmiri prisoners detained in Indian jails.
