Open letter to EU on the turmoil in Kashmir

(Kashmir Tehreek Khawateen(KTK) on behalf of the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir welcome you to  this tormented land described by EU adhoc delegation as an imprisoned paradise.Your visit appears to be a conducted tour organised by the Indian government to cover up their  state terrorism.We would have appreciated your unrestricted visit for fact finding.We still hope that you would make an effort to reach out to the suffering population.It needs to be understood that the conflict of Jammu and Kashmir jeopardizes the peace,prosperity and development of entire south Asian region and continues to cause killings and infinite human rights violations at the hands of Indian occupation forces.It needs to be reminded that Universal declaration of human rights says recognition of the inherent dignity of the equal and inalienable  rights of the human family is the foundation of freedom,justice and peace in the world.There are thirty articles in the declaration and all are being violated in IOJK by the occupational forces with draconian laws.These laws provide them unbridled powers and unconditional impunity against any criminal proceedings and accountability in the highest militarized zone of the world

India has adopted multifarious strategies including indiscriminate use of force and to absorb and assimilate a UN mandated disputed territory unilaterally.It has abrogated article 370 and 35A the constitutional guarantees to the people of Jammu and Kashmir Violating its own constitution and UN resolutions.The ulterior motives to affect demographic change,destroy the identity and affect a cultural genocide continues unabated. Covid 19 too has been mischievously used to fulfill the nefarious Indian agenda in Kashmir.

To conclude we hope that you would stand with justice and try to realize the unprecedented situation created by a supremacist and fascist Indian dispensation to crush the aspiration of the people of the state. In Kashmir behind every drop of tear is an instinctive desire to be happy and prosperous.Stand with Kashmiri aspiration and their unrealized right of self determination)
