Reacting strongly to rejecting of bail to senior pro freedom leader and Chairman Democratic Freedom Party Shabir Ahmed Shah by a Delhi court in so called and fabricated money laundering case Tehreek e Muzahamat Chairman Bilal Ahmed Sidiqui has said that New Delhi is subjecting pro freedom leadership and activists to worst kind of judicial terrorism.
This is worst kind of political vendetta and victimization where a reputed political leader is being arrested in a fabricated case in 2017 and among dozens of witnesses 5 have been examined during last four years itself speaks volumes about the motive of New Delhi and also speaks volumes about the credibility of Indian judicial system when it comes to delivering justice to innocent Kashmiri Prisoners.
Pro longing their detention on one or other pretext has been a well designed colonial plan of New Delhi to punish Kashmiri political prisoners for standing against and resisting her ugly and illegal occupation of Jammu Kashmir. We have fresh example of an innocent Srinagar youth who were pronounced innocent and set free by a special Gujrat court after keeping his trail going for 12 long years.
Booking political leaders in criminal cases and then prolonging there detention is in itself a criminal conspiracy to restrict their freedom and to put their lives at risk as they are suffering from various ailments and are being denied proper medical treatment intentionally.
This colonial approach is deemed to fail to coerce political prisoners particularly the leadership to shun the path of resistance Bilal Ahmed Sidiqui added
