Appealing for complete strike on 9th and 11th February to commemorate respective martyrdom anniversaries of Shaheed Muhammad Maqbool Bhat and Muhammad Afzal Guru Tehreek e Muzahamat Chairman Bilal Ahmed Sidiqui has paid rich tributes to both Martyrs.

Terming Both of them as true sons of soil, great freedom fighters and real leaders of freedom movement Bilal Ahmed Sidiqui has said that Muhammad Maqbool Bhat and Muhammad Afzal Guru will always remain symbol of true resistance an an inspiration to stand up against any kind of tyranny and occupation.

The way they choose death to surrender with fearlessness and courage, the way they went to  gallows with esteem and dignity, the way they inspired generations will remain embedded in our national history with golden chapter. Indeed their resistance, sufferings, sacrifices, their devotion, dedication and determination, their honesty, sincerity and seriousness towards the cause of freedom has added grace and glory to our history of resistance.

Let us pledge that we will continue our struggle for freedom with full courage and determination and will keep resisting till the dawn of freedom will arrive. This will be only true tribute to Shaheed Muhammad Maqbool Bhat and Shaheed Muhammad Afzal Guru and tens of thousands of our beloved Martyrs who have laid their precious lives for the cause of freedom.
