Kashmir Tehreek e Khawateen paid rich tributes to Afzal Guru, Maqbool Butt
Kashmir Tehreek e Khawateen has paid glowing tributes to prominent liberation leaders, Muhammad and Muhammad Maqbool Butt on the eve of their martyrdom anniversaries.
KTK spokesperson Rafia Rasool in a statement in Srinagar paying rich tributes to Muhammad Afzal Guru and Muhammad Maqbool Butt described their executions as the most shameful acts of the Indian government and a blot on the so-called democratic face of India.
She said that the best way to pay tributes to the martyrs of Kashmir was to remain steadfast in pursuance of demand for settlement of the Kashmir dispute according to the will of the Kashmiri people.
Kashmir Tehreek e Khawateen spokesperson and APHCAJK leader and Gen Sec Shameem Shawl have expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of the wife of senior APHC leader Ghulam Nabi Sumji and prayed Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this huge loss with patience.
