International Forum for Justice and Human Rights chairman visited the bereaved family of Krishen Dev Sethi
International Forum for Justice and Human Rights chairman Mohammad Ahsan Untoo along with senior JKLF leaders Mohammad Salim Nanaji and Javed Mir today visited the bereaved family of Krishen Dev Sethi who passed away yesterday at his residence in Jammu. Lauding the role of comrade Sethi the leaders said that he was a humanist and a secularist by heart who always stood against the fascist forces and was a graeat supporter and well wisher of supressed Muslims of Jammu Kashmir .
Comrade Sethi always raised his voice against rhe divisive and radical hindu fanatics who were the sworn enemies of Muslims . He always believed that Jammu Kashmir is a disputed state and needs final settlement to exist as human beings because the right to live with dignity and equality was denied by the occupational regimes of india.He believed in true secularism and pluralism and never compromised on these principles .
Comrade Sethi till his last breath was very vocal critic of fascist and suppressive policies of Modi and RSS. The leaders said that Kashmiries have lost a great supporter after his death .The vetern Comrade through his poetry and columns spread awareness about the historical back ground of Kashmir dispute and always advocated for its just resolution as per the wishes of people..They prayed for the departed soul with moist eyes and expressed full solidarity with his family and friends .
