Islamic Political Party  JK Chairman Mohammad Yousuf Naqash while strongly  condemni ng India’s nefarious designs of continuously  detaining  prominent pro resistance leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq within the four walls of his house and denying  him his religious, social and political obligations and activities has said that such nefarious and undemocratic  acts of India of continuous   house detention of ailing leader Syed Ali Geelani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and use of brute force on protesting  youth and journalists  at Nawhatta has unmasked  the ugly and oppressive face of India before the world. Naqash  maintained that by oppressing people of occupied  Kashmir and threatening  them punitive action is aimed at forcibly depriving  them from  demanding  their inalienable Right to Self Determination recognized  by world through  United Nations Security Council Resolutions but these oppressive  tactics will neither  last long nor will any way  help India’s self serving colonial interests because the people of this subjugated, oppressed. tormented and occupied  territory  are well determined to continue   their ongoing popular movement  for Freedom from Indian occupation  and will continue  to sustain it at any cost.

Naqash further said that the peaceful protest at Jamia Masjid against India is the actually  the reflection  of the intentions   of majority in occupied  Kashmir and   eye opener  for India.
