Banning APHC illegal and illogical: JK Insaf Party

The Jammu Kashmir Insaf Party (IIOJK),General Secretary Bashir Ahamad Bhat, in a press release issued in Srinagar denounced the ill designs of India to strangulate the political voice of the people of Kashmir regarding their inalienable right to Self Determination by imposing ban on its sole representative body, All Parties Hurriyet Conference. 

The party leader terming the proposed draconian move as illegal and illogical, said that India is trying its last efforts in Kashmir as the people of Kashmir have never accepted Indian forcible occupation since 1947. 

The Insaf party leader advising India to shun arrogance and accept ground reality wherein its military siege has been utterly defeated by the freedom loving people of Kashmir. India should rethink on its political follies to block the peaceful means of settling the disputed issues ,which may have adverse consequences in the subcontinent which has witnessed a historical defeat of big powers in Afghanistan, added the statement. 

Appealing the conscience of the World Community to prevail upon India not to repeat the reputation of Hitler of Germany in Kashmir and pressurize it to allow a free and fair plebiscite in accordance with the United Nations Security council Resolutions on Kashmir, to which India is a signatory and fulfill its commitments made before this World Body.
