APHC thanks people for observing 15 August as Black day
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Vice Chairman Gh. Ahamad Gulzar in a press release issued in Srinagar thanked the freedom loving people of Kashmir for observing the Indian Independence Day as a Black Day and said that despite the use of brute force to compel common people for participation in such programs, the brave people of Kashmir yet again depicted the clear writing on the wall with their sacred blood that they will never accept Indian illegal occupation.
Reiterating the uncompromising commitment and pledge to lead the ongoing resistance moment to its logical conclusion, the Hurriyet leader hailed the overwhelming support given by the people of Kashmir while observing the Ashrahi Muzahamat from 5th of August to 15th of August 2021,and termed it as an eye opener for India to recognize the legitimate demand of the people for their inalienable Right to Self Determination instead of boasting on its Military Power.
The Hurriyet leader regretted the futile arrogance displayed by India against the popular resistance movement of Kashmir and said that the roots of the freedom sentiments in the hearts of the people of Kashmir are too deep to cut by India. Strongly condemning the unimaginable atrocities inflicted on the besieged people of the occupied territory ahead of its so called Independence Day, the Hurriyet leader said that it has become normal for the Indian occupation forces to kill the people, put them behind the bars, beat them, destroy their dwellings, desecrate their honor and chastity, treat them as slaves having no rights as human beings,as if the occupation forces are on a hunting expedition in a jungle where no Law exists ( that is Kashmir).
The Hurriyet leader urged the United Nations Secretary General to take appropriate action against the Indian brutalities, genocide and widespread human rights abuses at the hands of Indian occupation forces in Kashmir and demanded high level probe into the heinous war crimes committed by Indian occupation forces in Kashmir by any liberal Commission under the auspices of United Nations Organization and assure end of genocide and human rights violations in Kashmir,as a prerequisite to hold a free and fair plebiscite as early as possible to resolve Kashmir dispute in the light of UN Security council Resolutions.
