APHC reiterates shutdown call on 5 August

 

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference spokesman in a press release issued in Srinagar reiterating its appeal to the freedom loving people of Kashmir to observe 5th August as a Black Day to memorize the brazen attack on the Internationally recognized Moment for Right to Self Determination by abrogation of Article 35A and 370 at the hands of Indian Fascist Regime, said that the unwavering commitment of the brave people of Kashmir have time and again dashed the nefarious designs of India to the ground and have displayed a remarkable sense of resistance, unparalleled in the history of contemporary world.

 Denouncing the use of brute force and other mean pressure tactics against all the sections of the people to keep them aside from the recently publicized calendar by All Parties Hurriyet Conference, including, Traders, Transporters, Laborers, Employees, Intellectuals, Writers, Lawyers, Journalists, Politicians etc.to implement its State Terrorism, the Hurriyet spokesman said that India emerging as a Police State is highly mistaken to suppress the freedom sentiments of the people of Kashmir by using its aggressive military power in Kashmir. 

The spokesman expressed his high hope that the Programme Calendar placed before the freedom loving people of Kashmir by All Parties Hurriyet Conference IIOJK, with reference to the observance of Ashrahi Muzahamat (Ten Days Of Resistance) from 5th of August to 15th of August 2021,which shall remain in place to be observed as Black Days till the complete freedom from Indian Illegal Occupation is achieved ( Insha Allah). The Hurriyet spokesman, in a strong worded statement condemned the ruthless and inhuman behavior of Indian Fascist Regime to victimize the the illegally incarcerated leaders and activists of our Freedom Moment, by shifting them to the far off jails of India.

 The Hurriyet spokesman, terming the jail authorities action as illegal and sheer violation of prisoners rights even guaranteed by the constitution of India (Supreme Court of India ruling that the prisoner should be lodged in the nearest jail to his residence) in addition to the United Nations, Human Rights Charter,said that the shifting of 16 detainees belonging to the resistance moment of Kashmir from Central Jail Srinagar to unknown destinations outside the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir depicts absolute frustration and worst type of political vendetta on behalf of India Jail Authorities at the behest of their Fascist Mentors.

 The Hurriyet spokesman saluted the valor and steadfastness of all the Prisoners of Conscience, languishing in Indian jails and within the occupied territory and said that for every resident of the Indian illegally occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir. While urging the United Nations Council for Human Rights to take serious cognizance of the plight of the Prisoners of conscience belonging to the freedom movement of Kashmir languishing in different jails of India and the occupied territory, at the hands of Indian jail authorities and prevail upon India to allow the Human Rights Organizations of International repute to pay visit to the jails of India to take on spot stock of the pathetic condition of all the detainees.
