APHC condemns widespread human rights abuses in IIOJK
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference In charge Women’s Wing, Yasmeen Raja, in a press release issued in Srinagar, strongly condemned the widespread human rights abuses at the hands of Indian occupation forces against the innocent people of illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and said that the presence of more than one million forces speaks volumes about the horrifying situation prevailing in the occupied territory.
The Hurriyet leader expressed her grave concern over the use of brute force against the civil population, peacefully, demanding their inalienable Right to Self Determination and said that a civilian Manzoor Ahamad Shala was taken into custody by the occupation forces in the broad day light and killed before the agitating people at Sopore in District Baramulla, while the other two civilians were killed by opening fire indiscriminately on the protesting people. Under the shield of draconian laws, the occupation forces of India in Kashmir enjoy the freedom of unaccountably before any legal institution.
Mass killings with impunity is a direct effect of a lawless state of affairs while the subjugated people of Jammu and Kashmir are living a miserable life confronted with a naked dance of death displayed in the nook and corner of the occupied territory maintained the statement .
The Hurriyet leader urged the United Nations Council for Human Rights and other International human rights Organizations to take appropriate action against the Indian fascist regime perpetrating widespread human rights abuses in the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir where the subjugated people have been left at the mercy of more than one million Indian occupation forces, depriving the local population from the basic fundamental rights.
The Hurriyet leader also urged the United Nations Secretary General to address the Kashmir dispute in the light of UN Security council Resolutions and help stop the genocide in Kashmir at the hands of Indian occupation forces as early as possible.
