APHC condemns unlawful detentions in IIOJK

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Vice Chairman Gh. Ahamad Gulzar in a press release issued in Srinagar condemned the arbitrary and unlawful detentions in the length and breadth of the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir at the hands of Indian occupation forces.

The Hurriyet leader castigated the Indian fascist regime for its barbaric attitude towards the people of Kashmir whose fundamental rights including civil, political and religious rights have been trampled down by the Fascist Regime of India.

 It is a matter of grave concern that the oppressed people of Kashmir are treated as slaves without having any human rights as recognized by the United Nations Human Rights Charter of 1948, in a pathetic situation where they have been left at the mercy of more than one million occupation forces,maintained the statement. Gh. Ahamad Gulzar, while urging the United Nations Secretary General and Organization of Islamic Countries to take appropriate steps in the right direction of resolving long pending Kashmir issue and to stop gross violation of human rights, innocent killings, illegal detentions, frequent use of draconian laws and the deteriorating economic condition of the subjugated people of Kashmir, said that the world community in the modern era of Globalization of human rights must implement its noble cause of Universal Justice and shun the curse of double standards ,be it, East Taimor ,Sudan, Palestine or Kashmir,it is the Human Blood of the same color which demands equal respect and a right to live a free life in all respects.
