APHC condemns imposing curfew and restrictions in Kashmir

 


The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chief Spokesperson Gh. Muhammad Nago,in a press release issued in Srinagar while condemning the use of brute force and imposing strict curfew to prevent the people of Kashmir to offer homage and tributes to their martyred leaders and mourners who were martyred ruthlessly by the Indian agencies and their mentors in uniform in 1990 and 2002 on this day,said that it has become a routine matter in the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir that whenever such kind of tragedies were inflicted on the people of Kashmir, they were forcibly stopped to display their love and reverence with their Marty’s.  

The spokesman denouncing the fascist governments action for Bollocking all roads leading to Srinagar and deploying heavy military forces in the nook and corner of the valley to stop people from entering Martyrs Graveyard and Organizing protest rallies, said that such tactics cannot deter people from their chosen path of freedom. 

Paying rich tributes and salutes to Shaheede Millat Moulana Mohamed Farooq, Shaheede Hurriet Kh. AB.GANI LONE and Martyrs of Hawal on their respective anniversaries ,the spokesman reiterated its pledge to Carry the on going resistance moment to its logical conclusion which is the only way to commemorate our martyrs. Terming the repressive and oppressive measures adopted by India as more fragile than the cobweb, in comparison to the freedom sentiments and the strong will power of the brave people of Kashmir, the Chief Spokesperson said that the it is better for India to shun its illogical stubbornness and fulfill its commitments to resolve the Kashmir dispute in the light of UN security council Resolutions .The Hurriyet leader urged the Indian Fascist Regime to read the writing on the wall in Kashmir and recognize the ground situation which has never been favorable to India in spite of its military power to suppress the freedom sentiments of the people of Kashmir. Use of suppression and oppression has failed, utterly and shall not work any more in future, maintained the Hurriyet Leader. 

The Spokesman while urging the United Nations Secretary General and all other human rights Organizations including Amnesty International, human rights Watch, International Red Cross and United Nations Council for human rights to take serious note of the genocide, gross violation of human rights and frequent use of draconian laws to prevent people to enjoy their civil liberty in the real spirit of the term, said that it has become highly imperative to resolve all such disputes in the larger interests of global peace, prosperity and brotherhood.
