The Hurriyet leader said that when the Muslim Ummah is rejoicing the holy Eid festival, the subjugated people of Kashmir and Palestine are burying the dead bodies of their near and dear ones in the graveyards for the demand restoring the right on their respective motherland.
Urging the Organization of Islamic Countries to rise to the occasion, forge greater unity and overcome the challenges ahead, including the early resolution of Kashmir and Palestine issues. Referring to the deteriorating health condition of dozens of senior Hurriet leaders and activists including Masarat Aalam Bhat, Mohamed Yasin Malik, Shabir Ahamad Shah,Asiea Sndrabi,Altaf Fantosh,Shahidul Islam, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Dr. Qasim Faktoo,Nazir Ahmad Shek and others, languishing in different jails of India and within the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the Hurriyet leader condemned the illogical reluctance displayed by India with regard to the unconditional release of the incarcerated senior leadership and other activists amid widespread catastrophe of coronavirus hitting the jail premises all over India.
Terming its stubbornness as a worst type of political vendetta to eliminate tacitly the pro freedom leadership in the same way as they did with the Shaheede Sadaqat,Mohamed Ashraf Sehraie in District jail Udhampur.
The Hurriyet leader advised the Indian Fascist Regime to turn the pages of its own history of subjugation when India was under British Yoke ,and its leadership used to be detained in the nearest jails from their homes and in case of deteriorating health conditions they were released, unconditionally. Citing the example of M.KGandhi, who was allowed to look after his ailing wife even when he was in custody, the Hurriet leader denounced the Inhuman behaviour of the present fascist regime of India who regardless of claiming the largest Democracy of the world, brazenly denied the release of the illegally incarcerated pro freedom leaders like Ayaz Mohamed Akbar, Mohamed Yasin Attaie and Ameer Hamza to have the last glimpses of their ailing wives who after losing the battle for life left for their heavenly abode without seeing their husbands. Laurding the staunch commitment and unwavering steadfastness of our incarcerated leaders and activists.
