APHC concerned over consequences of expansionism of India
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Secretary General, Molvi Bashir Ahmed Irfani in a press release issued in Srinagar expressed his deep concern over the dangerous consequences of the adoption of Indian fascism and expansionism in the illegally occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir and said that after abrogation of article 35A and 370, cancellation of state subject Laws, evacuation of Muslim officers from bureaucracy and initiating the termination of the Muslim employees from Government Jobs, are the nefarious designs which have been executed to change the demography of the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Hurriyet leader denouncing the illegal termination of the 11 Muslim employees from their services said it is a brazen violation of state laws and a worst example of despotism and fascism were people have been deprived of their fundamental rights on the basis of religious discrimination.
The Hurriyet leader urged the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres to take serious cognizance of the growing influence of religious bigotry in the matters of fundamental rights of the subjugated people in all walks of life, be it political, social, religious or economic.
Terming the situation as highly volatile, the Hurriyet leader made a fervent appeal to the world community to help end the nefarious designs of ethnic cleansing at the hands of Indian fascist rulers in the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir against the Muslim majority character of the state.
The Hurriyet leader said that it has become highly imperative to resolve Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN Security council Resolutions by exercising the democratic and peaceful formula of Right to self Determination.
The Hurriyet Secretary General along with a delegation of Hurriyet activists visited the residence of prominent Tehreek-e-Hurriyet leader, Imtiyaz Hyder who has been released recently from Central jail Punjab, after two and a half years illegal imprisonment under draconian law of Public Safety Act. The Hurriyet leader lauded the valour of Imtiyaz Hyder and his sacrifices for the sacred cause of freedom.
