APHC aghast over widespread violence by Indian forces in IIOJK

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference In charge Public Relations (Jammu Province) Sharief Hussain Sartaj, in a press release issued in Jammu expressed his grave concern over the widespread spell of violence perpetrated by the Indian occupation forces against the freedom loving people of Jammu and Kashmir to suppress their popular moment for Right of Self Determination.

The Hurriyet leader while terming the Kashmir issue purely a political issue said that both Pakistan and India are signatories to the United Nations Security council Resolutions which assured the people of Kashmir to decide their own political future through a democratic formula of free and fair plebiscite under the auspices of United Nations Organization. 

Blaming India for its stubbornness and deviation from the promise it has made before the International community the statement added that Pakistan has time and again impressed upon India and the world community to sit together and find a solution to this long pending dispute in an amicable atmosphere within the United Nations Security council Resolutions. The Hurriyet leader condemned the use of brute force against the people of Kashmir, in general and the youth in particular for protests against the innocent killings, illegal detentions and gross violation of human rights at the hands of Indian occupation forces. 

The Hurriyet leader urged the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres and the world community to take serious cognizance of the prevailing deteriorating situation in Indian Occupied Territory of Jammu and Kashmir where the people have been besieged by more than one million occupation forces and deprived them from the fundamental rights as guaranteed by the United Nations Charter of Human Rights. The statement urged the dire need to resolve Kashmir issue in the interests of global peace and prosperity. 

Meanwhile the All Parties Hurriyet Conference spokesman in a condolence message expressed his deep shock and bereavement on the demise of Moulana FaizulWaheed and expressed solidarity with the grief stricken family in this saddening event. The spokesman prayed Allah to forgive the deceased and grant him high place in heaven and patience to the aggrieved family
