India’s unilateral actions occupied Kashmir won’t change the relevance and nature of Kashmir conflict- Naqash

Islamic Political Party JK Chairman Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has said that India’s unilateral actions of scraping Article 370 and 35 A and reducing it to stateless entity is not only in utter violation of  Indian constitution and United Nations Security Council Resolutions it has also reversed the frame work of bilateral agreements between the two countries.

United Nations Security Council Resolutions aimed at restoring inalienable Right to Self Determination to Jammu Kashmir has been ratified by both countries and recognised by whole world and can not be denied to the people of Jammu Kashmir. India’s unilateral action through repressive tactics  is  the betrayal of its own commitments and won’t affect any change in the relevance and nature of Kashmir conflict.

India has no option other than restoring pre 5 th August 2019 position in Jammu Kashmir till the final disposition of Kashmir through implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolutions  incumbent on both India and Pakistan.

Naqash further added that unilateralism is yet another ugly and oppressive face of  totalitarian and authoritarian fascism.

Post cold war reshaped it more aggressively reducing United Nations redundant, ineffective and unresponsive to the emerging problems and conflicts suffered by world Nations in varying nature.

This new trend of unilateral  totalitarian and authoritarian fascism unfolding in India in more aggressive manner emanating and breeding  from the Hindu rashtra mindset of communally driven RSS and resulting in the faliure of multilateral frame work and objectives of United Nations Organization  and posing serious potential threat to the new emerging geo political scenario of shaping world as global village poses  threat to the very existence of United Nations Organization.

Naqash while elobrating  further said  that global notion behind the formation of United Nations Organization was to seek redressal of grievances and resolve the problems and conflicts confronting world which is the sole mandate of United Nations and the said world organization must adhere to its mandate by resolving Kashmir, Palestine and other conflicts and problems suffered by world.
