The ALL Parties Harriet Conference spokesman in a press release issued in Srinagar condemned the imposing of illegal and illogical restrictions to prevent the people from paying religious rituals to their beloved leader who has been martyred in custody in District jail Udhampur by the Indian fascist regime led by Narendra Modi,on 5th of May 2o21.The spokesman of APHC while urging the conscience of the International community, United Nations Organization and all other human rights institutions of the world strongly demanded that they should fulfill their moral and legal obligations to stop India from victimising the leaders and activists belonging to the freedom movement of Kashmir who have been incarcerated on flimsy grounds and are languishing in different hellish jails of India, with its ill intentions to kill them slowly as they did with Mohamed Ashraf Sehraie, Mohamed Afzal Guru, Mohamed Maqbool Bhat, Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat (Rsngret Jic 1994) and Ali Mohamed Ahanger ( Varanasi in 1990).The spokesman also demanded a high probe done by an impartial jurist under the auspices of United Nations Secretary General to ascertain the custodial killing of Mohamed Ashraf Sehraie in Udhampur jail which has a reputation of killing one inmate per year for the last four years now.The said jail has been converted into a worst interrogation centre where inmates get physical violence if they complain of suffering from a disease or if they complain about the unhygienic and insufficient rations supplied to them from a common mess for all the inmates (on an average more than 350,double than its actual capacity),maintained the spokesman quoting some released inmates from the said jail.
