APHC calls for worldwide prayers for Kashmiri Prisoners

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Spokesman in a press release issued in Srinagar made a fervent appeal to the freedom loving people of Kashmir and Kashmiri diaspora to organise special prayer meetings for the welfare of incarcerated leaders and activists presently lodged in different Indian jails and within the jails of Indian illegally occupied Kashmir suffering from the Covid 19 virus, in general and the two sons of Shaheede Istiqamat Mohamed Ashraf Sehraie who has been martyred in custody in District jail Udhampur on 5th of May 2021,recently.

 Condemning the illegal arrests of Rashid Sehraie and Mujahid Sehraie, All Parties Harriet accused the Indian Fascist Regime of hatching a deep conspiracy to eliminate the Sehraie Dynasty one by one for their allegiance and staunch faith in the freedom movement of Kashmir ,the APHC said that last year junaid Sehraie attained his martyrdom at the hands of Indian occupation forces, their father was martyred in custody whose two brothers played active role in the resistance moment and now in sheer vengeance and political vendetta, the young Sehraie brothers have been put under illegal detention in District jail Kupwara who have been found Covid positive and are striving between life and death in the said jail.

 All Parties Hurriyet Conference urged the United Nations Council for Human Rights and other Human Rights Organizations to take serious cognizance of the plight of Kashmiri prisoners,

particularly, the Sehraie Brothers who have been victimized for the crime which they have not committed, their only involvement is that they have burred their father in his ancestral graveyard under strict police cover and custody.Since then Kashmir witnessed strict curfew and lock down and the oppressed people of Kashmir have been put under worst military siege, added the statement.
