Right of Self-Determination of Kashmir in its critical phase: APHC

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Secretary General, Molvi Bashir Ahmed Irfani, in a press release issued in Srinagar termed the prevailing situation as the most critical and said that the people of Kashmir are at the Cross roads of its history where we have no option but to lead the moment for Right to Self Determination to its logical conclusion. 

Strongly condemning the deployment of additional military forces and the policy of repression and suppression carried out by the Indian occupation forces and its Fascist Rulers, the Hurriyet leader said that the people of Kashmir, as a matter of right are engaged in a peaceful political moment for the resolution of Kashmir dispute as recommended by the United Nations Security council Resolutions.

The statement added that India as a fascist military power believes in expansionist approach and is hell bent to destroy the institution of Dialogue as a viable method of resolving the dispute between the two or more than two member countries of the United Nations Organization. 

The Hurriyet leader urged the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres to fulfill its moral and political obligations and take serious cognizance of the dangerous situation prevailing in Indian occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir where two nuclear powers are reeling under the cold war situation causing a grave threat to the Global peace and prosperity. 

In this critical situation, it has become highly imperative to resolve Kashmir issue as per wishes and aspirations of the people of Kashmir, guaranteed by the United Nations Security council Resolutions maintained the statement.
