APHC condemns continuous military operations in IIOJK
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Assistant General Secretary, Khawaja Firdous wani in a press release issued in Srinagar while condemning the incessant cordon and search operations, hike in custodial killings and use of brute force against the civil population at the hands of Indian occupation forces in the length and breadth of the illegally occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir, said that the freedom loving people of Kashmir have time and again rejected the Indian military aggression during the past 73 years.
Terming the Indian occupation as an absolutely illegal action the Hurriyet leader said that India has no right to suppress the ongoing resistance moment fully supported by the people of Kashmir who are demanding their birth right I.e. Right to Self Determination as guaranteed by the United Nations Security council.
The Hurriyet leader deplored the illogical reluctance shown by India on every occasion whenever it faced humiliating moral defeat at the hands of millions and millions of People sharing in the uprisings of 2008, 2010, 2012, 2016 etc to read the writing on the wall and said that the Indian military power has terribly failed to suppress the freedom sentiments of the people of Kashmir. Referring to the prevailing infernal situation where freedom of speech ,civil liberty, political space, and all other fundamental rights have been deprived, the Hurriyet leader said that the people of Kashmir are used to all these suppressive and oppressive measures and there is nothing new in it.
Praising the strong commitment and unwavering stance displayed by the brave people of Kashmir against the Indian barbarism and Imperialism, the Hurriyet leader expressed his hope that sooner or later, the people of illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir will break the clutches of Indian occupation (Insha Allah). The Hurriyet leader urged the United Nations Secretary General to take serious cognizance of the genocide, custodial killings, and gross violation of human rights perpetrated by the Indian occupation forces in the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir and help resolve the long pending Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN Security council Resolutions on Kashmir.
