Kashmir Martyrs day: APHC protests outside Indian Embassy Islamabad.
On Kashmir Martyrs day, All Parties Hurriyet Conference held a protest outside the Indian embassy. The protesters chanted pro freedom slogans and slogans in favor of Kashmir and Pakistan.
Addressing the rally, members of All Parties Hurriyet Conference said that 1931 martyrs gave new life to Kashmir Freedom movement. 21 Kashmiris laid down their lives in the line of duty for their nation on 13th July.
On 13 July, 1931, 22 Kashmir Muslims were martyred by Dogra Maharaja Troops outside central jail Srinagar.
Kashmir Martyrs’ Day is observed in remembrance of 22 Muslim protesters killed on 13 July 1931 by forces of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Hurriyet members said that 13 July 1931 is the first milestone in the path of freedom struggle. And after 1931 whosoever was martyred in freedom struggle is directly related 13 July 1931.
1931 massacre showed path to Kashmir’s to freedom struggle and from last 90 years people of occupied Kashmir are fighting the ugly occupation of India.
Kashmiris have been victims of Indian barbarism for the last 75 years. Carrying funerals has become a daily routine. We hope that thanks to the sacrifices of the martyrs, Kashmir will soon be free and the cradle of Islam.
The day is commemorated every year all over the world as the Kashmir Martyrs Day to remind the world of the plight of the Kashmiris.
